Very beautiful model Magda, she has a very pretty face.

Nice sharpness on the shot but I think you had too much blue channel in the B+W conversion. It left the image a bit dark.

I find using 30% red 40% green 30% blue has a nice balance in monochrome conversion.

I would love to see the original shot in color.

Good exposure, depth of field, sharpness. The catchlights in her eyes are lovely. Composition is good too.

Besides her eyes, her nose is the most attractive part of her face. Best compliments to have such a beautiful sister. Compostion of your picture is also nice in monochrome. Good use of light has been made.
